IKMW organizes training and exchange program for young arts and culture managers from Mongolia

In cooperation with the agency Art+Culture, Ulan-Bator, IKMW organizes a training and exchange program for ten to twelve young leaders for cultural organizations in Mongolia from September 23 to October 23 2019. The program is realized with support from the Ministry for Education, Culture, Science and Sport of Mongolia.

Based on the curriculum developed by the IKMW the participants first are trained in Ulan-Bator by Oyuntuya Oyunjargal (Art+Culture) and Klaus Siebenhaar (IKMW). After this all participants travelled to Berlin for a one-week intensive course with lectures and visits to landmark cultural organizations. In these visits the Mongolian arts and culture managers encounter successful leader personalities from these organizations and can deepen the learnings from the lectures through practical experiences.

The participants conclude the program with a written exam and receive a certificate from the Mongolian Ministry for Education, Culture, Science and Sport for their successful participation.
