The IKMW is expanding and broadening its portfolio to include academic continuing education in the fields of cultural and media management, as well as cultural and media education. Through collaborations with Turkish school authorities and European and non-European project partners, primarily from China, Hungary, and Italy, the IKMW is developing and implementing summer schools, continuing education programs, and joint exhibition projects. Existing teaching agreements with the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) in Beijing and the Pop Academy Baden-Württemberg in Mannheim will continue.

To support new analog and digital teaching projects in cultural and media education, the IKMW is strengthening its team with the addition of internationally experienced project manager Stephan Reischl. He will work alongside Dagmar Boeck-Siebenhaar to establish and lead this area. International cultural projects, focusing on Beijing, Budapest, and Berlin, will be managed by Daniel Ongjerth and his 11_11 Foundation.
